8. Florida

Last Season: 4-8 (3-5)

The Good: The best thing going for Florida right now is that 2013 is over. Jeff Driskel is healthy and teams with new offensive coordinator Kurt Roper to lead the Gators to a rebound season in 2014. The defense, of course, is just as good this year as they were last year.

The Bad: Much like Tennessee, rebuilding is difficult when you don’t have a solid foundation on the offensive line. Max Garcia is the only returning starter up front for the Gators, and he is moving to center. DJ Humphries and Chaz Green have starting experience, but are coming off of injury-plagued seasons – and they aren’t alone.

The Ugly: Last season was a disaster. A 4-8 record at Florida is unbelievable, yet the Gators found a way to do it last season.
