Last Week: Idle

The Bulldogs took last week off to prepare for the biggest SEC East game of the year (at least to date). Georgia was able to take some extra time to prepare for the trip to South Carolina and got a first-hand look at the Gamecocks Saturday night.

Theoretically, the off week should help Georgia stay healthy, and though there is nothing official, it could also mean wide receiver Malcolm Mitchell is closer to seeing the field in 2014. He would be a weapon against the struggling Gamecocks’ secondary.
