Maty Mauk put together a great game on the road last week against Toledo despite a handful of mistakes that included two interceptions. In fact, he was named the SEC Player of the Week for a performance that included 325 passing yards and five touchdowns. Mauk appears to be one of the better quarterbacks in the Southeastern Conference and he has more weapons at his disposal than we thought this summer.

The Tigers have several options in the passing game, such as Bud Sasser, who had 121 yards and a touchdown last week. Jimmie Hunt had two TD catches, while Darius White and Marcus Murphy each added one. On the ground, Russell Hansbrough is averaging more than 100 rushing yards per game over the first two weeks of the season.

UCF was off last week following their season opening trip to Ireland to face Penn State. They took the Nittany Lions to the brink before falling on a last second field goal, but the Knights are still looking for a quarterback to replace first round draft pick Blake Bortles.

The line for this matchup opened at nine on Sunday and creeped slowly upwards over the course of the week. UCF may be one of the best teams in the American Athletic Conference, but the Tigers should win and cover.
