After not winning an SEC game in over two years, the Kentucky Wildcats have now won two in a row. If not for that overtime loss in Gainesville, it would be three.

UK has already doubled their win total from last season, and can take a big step towards bowl eligibility by earning a fifth victory Saturday against UL-Monroe.
Last week, I thought South Carolina would be able to bounce back from a rough start to the season, and things looked good for a while. But Mark Stoops has make a huge impact on this Kentucky team, and we are beginning to see it’s not only on the recruiting trail. This is a dangerous team that has played really well through the first five games of the season.
ULM is 3-2 this season, but none of their wins have been terribly impressive. The Warhawks beat a dreadful Wake Forest team in the season opener, and have also beaten Idaho and Troy, who are two of the worst FBS teams in the nation this season. Plus, ULM lost 31-0 to LSU.
The extra half-point is scary, but take the Cats here.
