Another week of Southeastern Conference football is in the books, and largely Week 7 was not all that surprising. Ole Miss and Mississippi State did pull out straight up upsets – one we called, and one we didn’t, and LSU rallied to a victory in Gainesville in what was essentially a coin flip game. Unfortunately, we called heads and the pick came up tails. Overall, however, it was another winning week for our weekly SEC gambling picks against the spread.

This week, Auburn has a bye, and their next opponent is South Carolina, who plays at home against FCS opponent Furman at 11AM Central on the SEC Network. Therefore, we will not have a pick for either team this week. The same goes for Mississippi State and Vanderbilt, who are off this Saturday as well.
The game of the day is an SEC West battle between Texas A&M and Alabama, while SEC East leader Georgia playing Arkansas in Little Rock is nearly as interesting. There will be three primetime matchups this week, including two more crossover games: Ole Miss hosting Tennessee and Kentucky travelling to Baton Rouge. The only SEC East division game is Missouri at Florida.
