No one has believed in Missouri all season, but much like the 2013 squad, the Tigers have possessed Little Engine That Could-type qualities that have them in the driver’s seat in the SEC East. Mizzou won as an underdog in Columbia, South Carolina earlier this season, they did it again in Gainesville, and once more last week in College Station.

Playing on the road hasn’t intimidated the 2014 Missouri Tigers, and Neyland Stadium (where Mizzou is once again an underdog) is no different.
However, this isn’t the same Tennessee team we saw early in the year. Quarterback Joshua Dobbs has lifted the Vols and carried this team on his shoulders in recent weeks. He’s given Tennessee a better opportunity to make plays on offense with his arm and his legs, which has also created more scoring chances for his teammates. Simply, they’ve averaged 47.5 points in their last two conference games.
Someone’s got to beat Missouri, right? They Tigers can’t win the SEC East two years in a row, can they? I’ve never been a believer in this Tennessee squad, but I really like the way they’re playing and I think they send the Georgia Bulldogs to the SEC Championship Game with a win over Missouri.
