Assuming Malzahn stays at Auburn, there isn’t likely to be much, if any, change on the offensive side of the football.
Despite reportedly being a candidate for the head coaching position at Tulsa, offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee is expected to be back on staff in 2015.

No other members of the offensive coaching staff have been mentioned by the media as candidates to move elsewhere, so next season’s group is likely to include running backs coach Tim Horton, offensive line coach J.B. Grimes, tight ends coach and special teams coordinator Scott Fountain and co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach Dameyune Craig.
However, speculating, Craig may be the most likely to find work elsewhere in 2015, if he wants it.
Despite the title of co-coordinator, Craig is not an offensive play-caller. He and Lashlee have input and there is a continuous dialogue with Malzahn during the game, but the head coach is the ultimate decision maker on game day. Craig also has a reputation as a terrific recruiter, which makes him an even more valuable commodity at Auburn and potentially elsewhere.
Therefore, should Craig (or Lashlee, for that matter) be offered an opportunity to become a true offensive coordinator somewhere else, don’t be shocked if he takes it.
