A new name that didn’t make it on our previous list is three-star cornerback prospect Jeremiah Dinson, who visited Auburn January 16.
“The experience was good,” Dinson said afterwards. “I fell in love with the players and the coaches, especially Gus Malzahn. That was one of the greatest experiences I had up here. I’m really considering them. Right now Auburn (is in front.) It just feels like home. I feel like this is the best choice for me. I really like Auburn.”
It’s interesting to note that Dinson was committed to Kentucky at the time he said that Auburn was in front. This past weekend, he de-committed from the Wildcats.
Dinson isn’t a highly rated recruit by most standards – he’s ranked 1,559 overall in the 247Sports Composite – but the Auburn coaching staff likes him and the Tigers have a need at cornerback. He is one of the most likely candidates to join the 2015 Auburn recruiting class by Signing Day.
Odds to Sign With Auburn: 75%
UPDATE: Dinson announced via Twitter on Monday that he has committed to Auburn. New Odds to Sign with Auburn: 100%.
