Best Case Scenario

First, Sign All 21 Committed Prospects

The first step to the best-case scenario is for Auburn to retain all 21 players that are currently committed. Eight are already enrolled, and there have been little to no rumblings from players currently committed about potentially jumping ship.

The two highest rated players in the class, running back Kerryon Johnson and safety Jordan Colbert, have been two of the biggest recruiters for the Tigers, which is a great sign.

Simply, part one of the master plan for the best case scenario shouldn’t be too difficult.

Also, it’s worth noting that the 21 players currently committed make Auburn the 12th ranked class in the nation according to 247Sports, so it’s already a talented bunch.

UPDATE: That didn’t last long. Four hours after our best-case scenario for the 2015 Auburn recruiting class was posted, the Tigers lost one of their 21 commitments. Reportedly due to grade concerns, long-time commit D’Anfernee McGriff won’t be able to sign with the Tigers on February 4. The news was first reported by AuburnUndercover.com.
