4 of 6

Jul 9, 2014; Beaverton, OR, USA; Alpha Pro athlete Torrance Gibson (6) heads off the line of scrimmage during Nike Football

Third, Sign a Five-Star and Flip Two on Offense

Offensive lineman Martez Ivey will choose either Auburn or Florida on Signing Day, but the Gators have the inside track. • What would be slightly more surprising is if the Tigers are able to flip Georgia commit Terry Godwin or Ohio State commit Torrance Gibson. Gibson is a five-star athlete/quarterback according to ESPN, but recently lost his top-tier status in the 247Sports Composite.

Regardless of their rankings, both can play – and Malzahn wants them. The head coach spent some time with Godwin and his family over the weekend and has reportedly expressed his belief that Gibson can be the quarterback of the future on the Plains.

The odds are against the Tigers landing all three – and even signing one would be a huge boost to the 2015 Auburn recruiting class – but it’s certainly the best-case scenario for a Dream Team finish.
