76. Auburn first baseman from 2008-10. First Base. Milwaukee Brewers. Hunter Morris. 1B. player

First baseman Hunter Morris had been one of the top prospects in the Brewers’ minor league system over the past few years, but his star has dimmed considerably. The left-handed hitter had 11 home runs and 79 RBI in 91 games for Triple-A Nashville in 2014, but has yet to make his Major League debut after being added to the 40-man roster following his 2012 Southern League MVP performance.

Morris was designated for assignment over the off-season, but was not claimed by another team and is still in the Milwaukee system. He has been invited to Spring Training with the big league club, but if he does not make the Opening Day roster Morris is likely headed to Colorado Springs, the Brewers’ new Triple-A affiliate.

Grant Dayton. P. player. 82. Auburn pitcher from 2008-10. Left-handed Pitcher. Miami Marlins

Knocking on the door of the big leagues, Grant Dayton was added to the Marlins 40-man roster and is in big league camp. The lefty was outstanding in 2014 in Double-A Jacksonville, posting a 1.10 ERA in 11 outings before earning a promotion to Triple-A. In New Orleans, Dayton appeared in 61 games and struck out 61 hitters in 55.2 innings with a 3.72 ERA.
