Here are some moments that Cam provided that didn’t quite make the Top Five.

Newton’s Arrival – Auburn fans knew that Cam was a good quarterback, but not until his run and Superman-like dive into the end zone against South Carolina did the rest of the college football world go, “Who is THIS guy?”

How Did He Throw That That Far? – In a tight October game against Kentucky in Lexington, Newton scrambled out of the pocket and let go a pass that extremely few quarterbacks can make and found receiver Kodi Burns for the big gain.

War Hail Mary Eagle – South Carolina had cut the lead to 21-14 in the 2010 SEC Championship game and the Gamecocks looked to take momentum into the locker room at halftime. Newton had other plans.

Heisman Ceremony – Auburn fans lined the walkway into Best Buy Arena in Manhattan’s Times Square and made it feel like a home game for Newton as he arrived and was awarded the Heisman Trophy.
