Another Special Teams Boost — This Time, From A Familiar Bloodline
On June 13, Auburn football recruiting received a verbal from Tuscaloosa long snapper Bill Taylor, who Kohl’s Professional Camps — which focuses on kicking, punting, and snapping — rates as the second-best in the country at his position.
Less than two weeks later, on Saturday, the Tigers would land a pledge from another special teamer ranked No. 2 nationally in his specialty — this one with both a familiar frame and name — 6-foot-5, 195-pound Anders Carlson.

Kohl’s calls Carlson a “superior athlete” who “is just as athletic at this point [in] his development” as his older sibling. Multi-talented, the site goes on to say that “he has huge upside” as both a kicker and punter.
