Three takeaways from Auburn basketball’s win over Georgia
Auburn failed to reach their average without Brown
Entering Saturday, Auburn was averaging 85.8 points per game. Without Bryce Brown fully involved on the floor, Auburn has failed to reach that mark.
Bown’s absence affected the Tigers. Many see Brown as just an offensive player. He is also Auburn’s top defender so far this season. Brown is averaging 16.2 points per game and was going to be a game time decision for Saturday’s game. Brown did not play any in the second half on Wednesday in Auburn’s home loss to Texas A&M.
Auburn will hope to have Brown back for their battle against Kentucky on Wednesday.
Brown tweeted before the game Saturday.
