Auburn finally got offense from their bench players

Pearl’s squad had two guys, Harper and Heron, score in the double figures. When Auburn is playing their best basketball, they show a more balanced attack through all of their starters and, at times, a man off of the bench.

On Saturday, Auburn’s flow looked off at times. While losing a starter that logs over 30 minutes a game will affect the tempo and chemistry of a team, the Tigers were able to showcase some offensive production from some guys that were being forced to play more minutes.

Davion Mitchell has struggled to register points over the past few weeks, on Saturday, the backup guard scored seven. Horace Spencer scored four and freshman Chuma Okeke was able to add six to Auburn’s total.
