SEC predictions: Which Auburn players deserve preseason All-SEC recognition

Along with SEC predictions for the order of finish in the West and East, media will vote on All-SEC offense and defense.

We’ll find out who made it Thursday when SEC Media Days 2018 wraps up from the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta.

Auburn is expected to be a top-10 preseason pick by most. You’d think that would ensure that multiple Tigers will receive preseason All-SEC consideration. With that in mind, here’s a look at the Auburn football players most likely to land on either the first-, second- or third-team All-SEC when they are announced Thursday.

For the record, last season Auburn placed two on offense (Braden Smith, first-team, and Kamryn Pettway, second-team) and four players were named to the second-team defense, one on the third while Daniel Carlson was named first-team kicker. Kerryon Johnson was named third-team all-purpose.
