Arkansas at Auburn

When: Sept. 22
Where: Jordan-Hare Stadium, Auburn
Time: TBD
TV: TBD

Auburn has beaten Arkansas four out of five times since Malzahn arrived as head coach. You think the Arkansas native takes pride in beating the Razorbacks?

The Tigers have dominated the last two games, winning 52-20 last season and 56-3 the year before. In 2015 when Arkansas won, it did it by a 54-46 score. This game will go a long way in arriving in Starkville two weeks later with momentum.

Don’t expect Malzahn to pull out all the stops against the Hogs — he won’t have to in order to beat them — plus, his good friend, Chad Morris, is in his first season in Fayetteville. That alone points to some fireworks on the offensive side in this one.

Biggest difference is that Auburn has more than a stack of sparklers.

Prediction: Auburn 41, Arkansas 17 | Record: 4-0, 2-0 in SEC
