Auburn beat Washington State in the 2013 opener at home, but also beat the Cougars to start the 2006 season season with a 40-14 win at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Those two wins snapped a streak of consecutive losses to USC to open the 2002 (24-17 loss at USC) and 2003 (23-0 loss at home) seasons.
