Auburn football: Ranking top 10 Tigers through first four games of 2018
By Rob Maxwell
9. Jeremiah Dinson
Jeremiah Dinson could be higher on this list. He was expected to be a force in the secondary, a leader on the defense and he’s been that and more.
He’s strong against the run and good on the back end, too. Kevin Steele has sent him on blitzes and Dinson does a solid job of quickly maneuvering his way to the quarterback.
Dinson is tied for third on the team with 18 tackles, has 2.5 tackles for a loss and a sack.
Dinson and Daniel Thomas have been a steady piece to the defense and will be instrumental in bringing along talented freshmen Smoke Monday and Jamien Sherwood.
