If Auburn wants to improve from last season, several players will have to step up in the place of graduated talent.

Once again faced with a grueling schedule and the gauntlet known as the SEC West, Auburn has its work cut out for them if they want to be contenders in 2020.

The Tigers have plenty of talent on the roster. However, they also lost a lot of talent to the NFL and have several holes to fill. Players like Seth Williams and K.J. Britt have already shown what they can do on the field but what about the players who won’t receive as much hype as those two?

Auburn will try to retool rather than rebuild this season and in order to do that, players who may not have a lot of previous starting experience will have to excel in their new roles.

Auburn’s success in 2020 will heavily rely on the success of these players for better or worse. Whether its becoming a starter or taking your game from starter to bonafide star, these players are certainly some to watch for the upcoming season.
