Gus Malzahn is notorious for not using tight ends enough in his offense which is why Uzomah never surpassed 154 receiving yards during his four seasons at Auburn. Nonetheless, Uzomah was drafted in the fifth round by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2015 and has since been a solid option for the team.

Between Ryan Finley and Andy Dalton, the Bengals suffered from sub-par quarterback play last season which obviously hurt Uzomah’s potential. And while he is just a rookie, the addition of Heisman winner Joe Burrow should be a shot in the arm for the Bengals offense and as an extension, Uzomah.

The team may want to get 2019 second-round pick Drew Sample involved next season but Uzomah started all 16 games for the team last season and that could very well happen again. The 6-foot-6, 260-pound tight end caught a career-high 43 passes for 439 yards and three touchdowns in 2018.

With 2020 being the start of a new era in Cincinnati, Uzomah could be a major sleeper at the tight end position who shouldn’t receive much attention prior to your fantasy draft. A possible career year for Uzomah could be in the works which definitely warrants a late-round pick.

As both an Auburn and New England Patriots fan, I may be a bit biased here but if anyone can turn Stidham into a viable fantasy option, it’s Bill Belichick.

Obviously the pressure of following in Tom Brady’s footsteps is immense and the team doesn’t exactly have the weapons around him to inspire much confidence in fantasy owners. However, both the Patriots coaches and his fellow teammates seem to have a lot of confidence in the former Tiger.

We only got to see Stidham appear in three games last year when he only threw four total passes (one of which was a pick-six) but he performed quite well during the preseason and whether he starts week one or not, many believe he could be the team’s QB of the future.

For obvious reasons, Stidham will likely go undrafted in most fantasy drafts but if there’s one you can trust Belichick to do, it’s getting the most out of his players.

For this reason, don’t be afraid to take a flier on Stidham as he may turn into a solid option at QB and possibly a major steal in your draft.
