player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Senior. 11. QB. Kellen Mond. 873

Yes, another quarterback on this list. While there were a ton of good options I could’ve gone with here, I just couldn’t bring myself to bet against Kellen Mond.

After a strong sophomore season, Mond was expected to take the leap to superstardom in 2019. He didn’t do that but he did still have a strong season. The 6-foot-3, 217-pound quarterback completed 61.6 percent of his passes for 2,897 yards, 20 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Mond also used his legs to run for 501 yards and eight touchdowns.

The Aggies ranked 62nd in the NCAA in scoring offense and while that’s definitely not bad, you probably expect more with a talent like Mond under center.

With the departure of several talented SEC QB’s this offseason, 2020 should be the perfect opportunity for the senior QB to put together an All-SEC type season.

Mond has been the Aggies’ primary starter since his freshman year, it’s time for him to put everything together. Still, even if he doesn’t show much improvement, he’s still one of the better quarterbacks that the SEC has to offer.

Honorable mentions: Isaiah Spiller and Kenyon Green
