Auburn football’s offense is going to look different this year under new head coach Bryan Harsin, and today fans were able to get a glimpse into what is coming to Jordan-Hare in the fall. The Tigers hosted their first open practice in what seems like forever this morning at the stadium and fans were able to watch live and in person.

It was the first time fans got to see Harsin and his coaching staff in action with their team, and there were practice plays promising offensive change is coming to the Plains. The Tigers’ offensive coaches were spotted in action on Saturday coaching up their respective groups.

Attendees to the open practice shared videos on Twitter of different position groups working with their coaches, providing us an inside look into Auburn football’s spring open practice.

Josh Vitale reports that Bo Nix spent a lot of time getting one-on-one instruction from Coach Harsin, which is an indicator that Harsin is already working his quarterback development magic on the rising junior. It was refreshing for many to see new, different plays being run by Nix and the offense.

Coach Bryan Harsin looked young and active throughout the practice, even subbing in at one point as a defensive back to coach a receiver during drills. It’s a new era on the Plains, and the excitement for fall is building as fans look forward to A-Day in April.
