#3. Alabama vs. Miami football (Neutral site)

While there have been efforts to spruce up this matchup with scorching hot-takes predicting the fall of ‘Bama during Week One, the truth is, Miami probably doesn’t have much of a shot to take down the Tide here.

Currently an 18.5-point underdog, the Hurricanes will need a superhuman performance from D’Eriq King (coming off an ACL tear last season) to knock off Nick Saban’s reloaded Alabama football outfit.

#2. Louisville vs. Ole Miss football (Neutral site)

Just like Alabama-Miami, Louisville and Ole Miss will be taking their ACC-SEC interconference showdown to Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta during the Chic-Fil-A Kickoff Game double-shot next weekend.

This contest should be a closer affair, and will feature one of the most talked about 2022 NFL Draft prospects (Matt Corral) in a major Week One test.

#1. LSU at UCLA football

The Rose Bowl plays host to a west coast invasion from the Bayou Tigers of LSU to play UCLA in the SEC West’s strongest Week One matchup.

2020 was a down-season for both programs, with LSU having a hangover year following a National Championship victory before the world stood still last March. It’s looking like it could be an easier road back to the top for LSU following a successful 2021 recruiting cycle, but this could be a close one at home considering UCLA’s tune-up game tomorrow against Hawaii.
