It’s Penn State hate week for Auburn football fans, but the Nittany Lions fan base is bringing the heat on Twitter. They’re already absolutely convinced that their team is going to beat the Tigers, and that a Penn State whiteout is louder than any SEC matchup (including the Iron Bowl).

The Week 3 matchup will be the first true test for Bryan Harsin as the Tigers’ new head coach, but in the first two weeks of the season, he’s established a team to give Auburn fans hope. Since his arrival on the Plains, Harsin has emphasized his changes to the culture of the team and stressed the importance of taking on players who buy into the vision.

All throughout summer workouts and the preseason, Harsin preached a 1-0 mentality to his team, and he explained what that meant as soon as he took over the job from Gus Malzahn, per Auburn Undercover:

"“I think part of that message is just 1-0,” Harsin said. “For us, what that means is we have a day in front of us, and we want to win that day and stay focused on the things we have to do to accomplish those tasks and the way we are successful. And that’s not just one guy; that’s everybody–coaches, players–so we’ve been very clear on that, with that message. Right now, it is focused on Auburn.”"

From #AuburnMade to 1-0, Harsin has made his new catchphrases known to the Auburn family, but apparently, they’ve extended out to the rest of the CFB world as well. This morning, Penn State football’s head coach James Franklin took to Twitter to taunt Coach Harsin and all of the Auburn football fans:

Tiger fans got the message loud and clear, and did not hesitate to clap back at the Nittany Lions:

Auburn football fans are ready to show up to Beaver Stadium (wearing all orange, I hope) and the Nittany Lions better prepare for what’s ahead.
