Auburn football stars from both the current team and from years past have a simple message to Tiger fans.

And I’m quoting Jennifer Lopez’s 1999 hit here because, hey, we’re partying like it’s 1999 after escaping Baton Rouge with a W: let’s get loud.

With the #2 team in the country, and AU’s Deep South Oldest Rivalry counterpart, Georgia coming to town, it is imperative that Auburn football fans making their way to the Plains for a 3:30 national TV matchup turn Jordan-Hare Stadium into a daunting place to play…even for a national powerhouse like the Bulldogs.

Several past and current Tigers took to Twitter to implore the Auburn family to send the Dawgs back to Athens with their ears ringing:

UGA is perhaps the toughest test on the 2021 schedule for Auburn football. That’s saying something considering #4 Penn State hosted the Tigers in Happy Valley during a White Out and the #1 team in the country is the regular season finale.

But the Bulldogs made a deafening statement when they hunted down the Hogs and shut out #8 Arkansas in the season’s most confidence inspiring victory.

This coming weekend could be a similarly humbling experience, or the home-field advantage Jordan-Hare Stadium provides could turn the tide.

The fun is finding out how it all plays out. Let your voices be heard this Saturday, alright Tiger fans?
