First things first: Auburn football is officially a problem in the SEC West. After a 31-20 victory over Ole Miss last night at Jordan-Hare Stadium, the Tigers become 3-0 in the SEC West.

There are just four games remaining in the 2021 season, and at minimum, AU is now officially qualified for a bowl game in Bryan Harsin’s first season on the Plains.

They control their destiny and can achieve things we haven’t seen since Gus Malzahn’s first season with the team in 2013.

Speaking of Malzahn, many in the Auburn football world cannot stop talking about him. His UCF Knights are not having the same kind of season that Harsin’s first Tigers team is having during the 2021 slate, currently 5-3 but with losses to teams like Louisville and Navy.

Still, shots are still being fired towards the black and gold locker-room leader from Auburn circles, including last night during the wire-to-wire win over the Rebels:

This inspired Tiger fans to stick up to their former sideline leader:

Whether you are in charge of Auburn football now or in the past, you won’t escape the wrath of Joe Goodman.

Fly War Eagle is willing to see how the Knights deal with the rest of the season given the injury to Dillon Gabriel.

We’ll also monitor the ongoing rivalry between the Auburn family and Big Kat Bryant, one of the primary reasons why Tiger fans don’t want to see a championship in Orlando anytime soon.
