Auburn basketball game today: Tigers vs. Nebraska Line, Predictions, Odds
Auburn basketball is here to fill the void of happiness left by the ending of the 2021 Auburn football season.
Bruce Pearl may be away due to a two-game suspension as part of NCAA sanctions for violations against Chuck Persons from 2017, but the Tigers head coach can simply let his assistants shine in games AU will be favored in big-time.
On Tuesday, the Auburn Arena plays host to North Alabama, but this morning at 10:30 AM central time, it will be the Tigers facing the Nebraska Cornhuskers at State Farm Arena’s Holiday Hoopsgiving in Atlanta.
This should essentially be a home game for Auburn, but don’t be surprised to see a decent sea of red in the stands. That didn’t stop Vegas from seeing the orange and blue as the clear favorites, though.

Nebraska vs. Auburn Pick and Prediction
It’s not unheard of for the 2021-22 Tigers to play a close game away from home against a game opponent. The Cornhuskers’ one performance that indicates gameness was a in a close road loss to a 7-2 NC State.
That said, Auburn will be playing with a ton of emotion due to the sanctions imposed on the team. Losing two scholarships in the next four years because of things that happened when these recruits were in middle school was a blow to the program. Don’t forget that Wes Flanigan will be leading the sideline huddles without Pearl present.
With the start time so early, this could break a streak of high-scoring Nebraska performances. Fly War Eagle is leaning under here for the ATL’s Holiday Hoopsgiving.
