If you’re willing to dish it, you must be also willing to take it. Alabama OL Javion Cohen learned that the hard way when he trolled Auburn football.
Because Tiger fans let him have it and then some.
The Crimson Tide LG posted a video of him performing the famous ‘crane kick’ pose that ‘Bama has adopted as an on-field celebration on his Twitter while present at an Auburn football open practice at Hoover High School near Birmingham. AU takes on Houston at the Birmingham Bowl this coming Tuesday.
Of course, the ‘team up north’ picked up a critical Iron Bowl victory that was then parlayed into an SEC Championship exposé of the Georgia Bulldogs’ defensive line.
Then again, the AU DL had none of the same issues, getting to Bryce Young seven times while exposing a serious hole in the Tide that Cincinnati hopefully exploits.
Tiger fans didn’t let Cohen forget that in response to his trolling tweet:
You almost lost to a 6-5 team with a one legged QB. How many times did you let your QB get sacked. What 7 or 8 times. I’d calm down with your shots. You almost gave up the biggest upset in the series history!

you can’t live with getting handled up in the iron bowl so you choose to go to a practice over the holidays and to try to clown from a distance? …. Just sad…. pic.twitter.com/43bEzSMoLd

Cohen certainly opened the floodgates with his post, but this is a 20-year-old having fun with a light-hearted troll. Some responses undeniably went too far.
If ‘Bammers want to troll the Tigers, your response? Troll Tide. Appropriately, of course.
