Auburn football is one of 58 options for 2024’s No. 7 overall recruit, DL T.A. Cunningham out of Alpharetta, Georgia.

When Nas said ‘the world is yours’, he was prophetically talking to the Johns Creek product a few months shy of the 28th anniversary of his Illmatic classic’s release date.

Cunningham came out with the most absurd recruiting graphic Fly War Eagle has ever seen, complete with a squishmallow in hand for good measure.

Here’s the glorious graphic via the 5-star defensive stalwart’s Twitter page:

Notably missing is Alabama, who figure to join the fray at some point while playing hard to get. I suppose Nick Saban has earned that amount of rope with his resume as the Tide HC.

Who is very much present on this list are notable Auburn football rivals such as Georgia, Cunningham’s home-state squad, and UCF, whose head coach (and former Auburn play-caller) Gus Malzahn often finds himself battling new Tigers HC Bryan Harsin on the recruiting trail.

I mean name a conference (besides the MAC) and you’ll probably see a representative from it somewhere on there. Several HBCUs, including 2021 opponent Alabama State, are on there as well, continuing the growth in notoriety for HBCUs that has taken place in recent years.

2024 is obviously a ways away, but any school that grabs Cunningham will build an undeniable recruiting buzz by landing him. The greater Atlanta metro area has been producing some of the top talent in the sport–lest we not forget Arik Gilbert as a recent Marietta success story–and Cunningham’s commitment would seriously fortify any school’s defensive front.

Not only that, but they’d be getting a kid with a sense of humor, and a six-foot-six, 265-pound frame that should have offensive lineman that will be in school at the same time as Cunningham afraid that he chooses the same conference as them.
