May the Fourth be with you, Auburn football fans. (And also with you).
Because of the similarity to the phrase ‘May the Force be with you’, of course, popularized in the Star Wars movies back in the 1970s/1980s, May 4th has now become a national holiday celebrating the intergalactic based cinematic franchise.
The official Auburn football Twitter account realized this and shared one of the most visually stimulating graphics Tiger fans have ever laid their eyes on.
Behold, Bryan Harsin…Jedi Knight:

No one could have seen this coming. Aubie parading the orange and blue AU flag (followed by R2D2) through the desert planet Tatooine? Tremendous.
Here were some Auburn football fan reactions that had Fly War Eagle cackling:
🔥 Only way this could’ve been more perfect is if @DarrenUscherAU’s face was on R2-D2.

Has Harsin ever held is own against Darth Maul as a mere padawan or defeated arguably the strongest force users and closest friend on Mustafar? https://t.co/0hWXH02Ayh

Auburn football has long been linked to Star Wars due to the Tigers’ away jersey’s likeness evoking imagery of the storm trooper armor.
Nick Saban is also the perfect Emperor Palpatine, with Bryce Young currently serving as the current Darth Vader. The Empire Struck back in 2021 during a 4OT thriller Alabama was able to eek out, but in 2022, perhaps the Jedi will return triumphantly at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
