Oregon and Auburn football fans react to Kirby Smart’s Bo Nix praise
Both the Oregon and Auburn football fanbases had skeptics in their ranks regarding the recent comments made by Georgia HC Kirby Smart about former Tigers and current Ducks signal-caller Bo Nix.
Smart called Nix ‘probably one of the best athletes I’ve ever seen at quarterback’.
The dual-threat Nix has improved as a passer in the flats and showed an uncanny ability to escape the pass-rush this past season. His deep ball has long been scrutinized for inaccuracy and is likely the primary culprit Smart’s comments were flamed by a fan of any fanbase. The existence of Cam Newton could have also played a role.

Absolutely no idea how good Bo will be @ Oregon, 4th yr, 4th HC, 4th-ish system & at a new school. However, there is something to Bo going to Oregon & all the QBs who aren't freshmen transferring.
