NFL fans want former Auburn football TE Sal Cannella in NFL after All-USFL honor
Auburn football fans are in full support of an NFL return for Sal Cannella after he was named to the All-USFL Team on Thursday.
Cannella has had stints in the NFL with the Chicago Bears and Miami Dolphins but has yet to see any in-game action. After dominating in the USFL, the New Orleans Breakers’ star could parlay the good press from the most successful spring league attempted in the past several years.
Throughout nine games, Cannella has collected 364 REC yards on 32 catches to go with two touchdowns for the 6-3 Breakers.

San Cannella hasn’t stuck in the NFL, but perhaps he will have a higher prioritized seat at the table in whatever offense he lands in next.
