Auburn football recruiting could take its biggest loss of the entire recruiting period if Jeffrey Lee’s prediction of Brock Glenn going to Florida State comes to fruition. Glenn, whose first name is legally Auburn, could end up going to the team that knocked the Tigers off nine years ago in the BCS National Championship game.

The Lausanne Collegiate School product had recently named his final five: Auburn, TCU, Ohio State, Florida State, and LSU. LSU head coach Brian Kelly had offered Glenn during the final week of June but had not yet visited the Bayou. He was planning to take a visit to Baton Rouge in late July if he felt it was necessary.

That may not be the case now with the Seminoles seemingly making massive inroads to the Memphis-based signal-caller. Glenn had plans to sit down with his family and discuss his overall fit at each of his top options and where he would be happiest with or without football, so perhaps Mike Norvell was able to convince him the Panhandle was the best place for him.

Either way, as Lee projects, Glenn could be a ‘Nole before it’s all said and done:

Florida State has now stolen its second recruit from Auburn football in a week

It wasn’t long ago that the Tigers were on the losing end of a recruiting battle with Mike Norvell and his Florida State Seminoles coaching staff. In fact, it was less than a week ago when Auburn football lost out on Class of 2023 EDGE Keldric Faulk to Florida State.

Faulk went on official visits to Auburn, Clemson, Florida, and Florida State, but like Glenn may imminently decide, he chose the ‘Noles over the field.
