Lane Kiffin will never forgive Auburn football fans for flooding his mentions and showing a level of interest in his departure from Ole Miss that seemingly caused the Rebels to be distracted and lose their final three games of the season.

Perhaps that’s not exactly how things went down, but it’s hard to be convinced otherwise — Kiffin has been relentlessly trolling Auburn football since it was announced that he would return to Oxford on a seven-year extension.

His latest troll takes direct aim at Tiger fans (including Fly War Eagle) that were convinced that the Lane Train would be rolling through the Plains, quote tweeting a post from an Alabama fan likening them (us) to children believing that Santa Claus was real, adding a ‘facepalm’ emoji for good measure:

Then, Freeze got on the program and hyped up the new football facility in a plan to aid recruiting efforts, which was something he harped on as the number one way to get Auburn football back to a championship level:

While Lane Kiffin could take all the shots he wants at the Tigers, Freeze seems hellbent on getting the last laugh when AU takes the field in the fall of 2023.
