Auburn football wideouts respond to reporter’s WR room comments
The 2021-22 president of the Football Writers Association of America and ESPN reporter Heather Dinich called out the Auburn football wide receiver room via Twitter following an appearance as credentialed media on the Plains.
“Auburn football fans, you might need some, um, patience with your WRs …” was the message just in case the tweet is deleted. The official Auburn football Twitter account was tagged.
This drew a response from several Auburn football wideouts who likely now view this tweet as bulletin board material moving forward…
Koy Moore: “Bet” accompanied by laughing face and checkmark emojis.
Landen King: “noted” accompanied by laughing face and pencil-to-paper emojis.

Auburn Twitter will always show out in droves when the national media has such piping hot takes. It remains to be seen how the Tigers’ receivers respond to this callout.
