Auburn vs Texas A&M: How to watch, odds, and injuries for Week 4
Week 4’s Auburn vs Texas A&M SEC opener may be lost in the shuffle from a national perspective due to all of the ranked matchups, but for fans of both programs, the significance of the contest is not lost.
Auburn fans are on the precipice of their first 4-0 start since before the pandemic, which would be as clear of a sign as any that the program is on the way back up after years of decline on Bryan Harsin and a pandemic-year Gus Malzahn. For the 12th Man in College Station, a win for the Aggies would quell the heat on Jimbo Fisher’s seat after his team got blown out by Miami in Week 2.
Will there be a triumph for the underdog at the expense of the favorite’s stability as a program? Or will Hugh Freeze taste defeat for his first time at the helm of the Tigers?

Auburn vs Texas A&M prediction
As I wrote in an odds/prediction piece published on September 21, the Tigers may be in over their heads against a Texas A&M team that probably needs this win more than Auburn does.
“Freeze has tried to temper expectations against A&M this week, so perhaps the worries from the top of the chain are worth sending down to the fanbase; who may be biting off more than they could chew expecting an undefeated Auburn welcoming No. 1 Georgia to Jordan-Hare Stadium in Week 5,” I prefaced before saying, “There could be serious growing pains for the Plains at Kyle Field on Saturday.”
