Auburn will hand out its annual A-Day Awards this Saturday inside Jordan-Hare Stadium, recognizing six players who stood out during the 2025 season. The awards highlight production, leadership, and consistency across the roster as the Tigers wrap up spring practice.

It starts on defense, where Xavier Atkins will receive the Mike Kolen Award, given to a player who embodies toughness, effort, and physicality. Atkins checked every box in a standout season at linebacker, finishing with 84 total tackles, 9 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and an interception. He now looks to build on that production in 2026 and strengthen his case as a potential first-round NFL Draft prospect.

A-Day Awards include Keldric Faulk, Xavier Atkins

On the edge, Keldric Faulk will receive the Zeke Smith Award, given for outstanding defensive performance and impact in the front seven. Faulk delivered a breakout year, finishing with 29 tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 4 pass breakups, and a fumble recovery, while consistently disrupting opposing offenses. After earning Third Team All-SEC honors and serving as a team captain, he is now set to enter the NFL Draft as a projected first-round pick.

On the defensive front, Keyron Crawford will be awarded the Shug Jordan Award, which recognizes leadership, discipline, and overall contribution to the program’s identity. Crawford finished with 36 tackles, 5 sacks, and 1 forced fumble, providing steady production throughout the season before deciding to declare for the NFL Draft after two years in the program.

Interior defensive lineman, Bobby Jamison-Travis will take home the Great Southern Wood Lineman of the Year Award, given to the most impactful lineman on either side of the ball. Starting all 12 games at nose tackle, he posted a career-high 36 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and 2 pass breakups, while also stepping into leadership roles as a multiple-time game captain. He will also pursue the next level in the NFL Draft.

In the backfield, Jeremiah Cobb will be honored with the Pat Sullivan Award, which goes to the player who best represents leadership, production, and overall impact on the field. Cobb handled a heavy workload all season, finishing with 175 carries for 969 yards and 5 touchdowns, serving as Auburn’s most reliable rushing threat and the clear starting back heading into 2026, with an eye on becoming the Tigers’ next 1,000-yard rusher.

Finally, Jeremiah Wright will be honored with the Ken Rice Award, given to the offensive lineman who best represents consistency, toughness, and reliability in the trenches. Wright started all 12 games at right guard, extending his streak to 24 consecutive starts, and capped his Auburn career with 53 total games played and 33 knockdown blocks in 2025, leaving as one of the most durable pieces on the offensive front, he now turns to the NFL Draft in hopes of landing his next opportunity.

Together, the six honorees were a steady presence throughout Auburn’s 2025 season. Even in a challenging year, they consistently showed leadership, production, and what it means to be an Auburn man on and off the field. Fans can see them receive their honors this Saturday at A-Day inside Jordan-Hare Stadium.
