Auburn fans, you might want to check out who your cable provider is before the Tigers take the field on Friday night in Waco, Texas, against the Baylor Bears, especially if you happen to have YouTube TV.
On Monday, YouTube TV alerted its customers that, due to a contract dispute with Fox, content from "Fox Broadcast Network, Fox News, and Fox Sports" could become unavailable as of Aug. 27, 2025 unless both parties reach an agreement on a new deal.
That's horrible news considering the Tigers and Bears are the primetime game on FOX on Friday night.
YouTube TV put out a statement on Twitter/X to its customers:
Our goal is to keep Fox content, including channels like the Fox Broadcast Network, Fox News, and Fox Sports on YouTube TV. We hope to reach a deal, but we want to be transparent that if we’re unable to reach an agreement by August 27, their content may become unavailable.

Along with Auburn and Baylor, FOX is also airing the much-anticipated matchup between No. 1 Texas and No. 3 Ohio State on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT, as well as UCLA vs. Utah and No. 22 Iowa State vs. South Dakota that day.
