The Auburn Tigers are one of several programs involved in what LSU Tigers On SI's Zack Nagy called a "rigorous battle" for Georgia Military College Bulldogs left tackle Adrian Lamb, a six-foot-five, 290-pound Beaufort, South Carolina, native.

That battle would take place between Alex Golesh's Tigers, Lane Kiffin's Bayou Bengals, the Alabama Crimson Tide, and the hometown South Carolina Gamecocks. Per Nagy, "Lamb will be a May graduate with LSU looking to bring in more talent following Spring Camp with the Georgia Military College standout emerging as a name to know. LSU received the final visit of Lamb's recruitment process this past weekend with the NCAA Dead Period kicking in on Sunday night."

"Now, all eyes are on Lamb amid a rigorous battle with offers on the table from the LSU Tigers, Auburn Tigers, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Alabama Crimson Tide as it currently stands," Nagy added.

While Lamb has standing offers from the West Georgia Wolves, Texas Southern Tigers, Mercer Bears, Gardner-Webb Bulldogs, Campbell Camels, Alabama State Hornets, Tulane Green Wave, Old Dominion Monarchs, Georgia State Panthers, and Marshall Thundering Herd, it's clear by the programs Nagy named that only a few programs actually have a chance at corralling the potential immediate difference-maker.

In an NIL/rev-share-driven world, that's just how it is.

FCS programs pick up the scraps, not the hot commodities on the radar of at least a quarter of the SEC.

Deion Sanders isn't coaching a SWAC team and nabbing the top recruit in a given class anymore. That level of powerhouse doesn't exist in Division I-AA football.

Who is Auburn's offensive line coach?

Auburn's Run Game Coordinator/Offensive Line coach is Tyler Hudanick, one of the many Golesh acolytes brought over from the USF Bulls to the Plains. Hudanick and General Manager of Auburn football, Andrew Warsaw, will be handling recruiting the offensive trenches alongside Golesh.
