Bo Nix was announced by Roger Goodell as the No. 12 pick in the 2024 NFL draft to the Denver Broncos. But knowing what we know now, a redraft would almost certainly see him go significantly higher than that.

In CBS Sports' Chris Trapasso's, the NY Giants would be the team taking the Pinson product with their No. 6 pick.

"Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll are ecstatic to finally be able to select a quarterback in the draft! Nix has rawness to his game but proved in 2024 he can be a point guard-type who plays well within a YAC-based offense," Trapasso wrote.

Any 2024 NFL redraft would have to include Sean Payton's persistence to get Nix. The Denver Broncos head coach admitted he was being intentionally deceiving to not send off smoke signals of his interest.

"I was actively involved in trying to pretend we were moving forward," Payton told reporters last April. "When it comes to something this specific relative to the quarterback, man you just don't want others to know that this is their focal point."

Terry Bradshaw believes he would've drafted up to land Nix at any draft slot.

"Listen," said Bradshaw, per On SI. "If he would've picked first in the draft, Denver and Sean Payton, he would've picked Nix.

"This is the guy he wanted, Bo Nix. Smart. 24 years old. Played a lot in college. . . . He's thrown 17 touchdown passes and only four interceptions in their 8-3 winning mark as they've gotten going. This guy is legitimate."

Nix proved to be a great regular season QB but was overmatched by the Buffalo Bills in a 31-7 whooping in Western New York during the AFC Wild Card Round.

Had he gone to the Giants, it's unclear how those outcomes could've varied.
