While he isn’t one of the usual starters for Auburn, K.D. Johnson is one of the most experienced Tigers on the roster.

With four years of collegiate ball under his belt and nearly three complete seasons with Auburn, he is a leader on and off the court for Pearl’s squad.

Johnson leads the team in steals this season with 1.2 per game and is an overall beast on the defensive end of the court.

By reducing opponents’ scoring opportunities with 1.4 defensive rebounds and 0.2 blocks per game, Johnson has been a key to Auburn pushing past tough teams this season.

This season is one of Johnson’s less productive years since he entered the college basketball scene. However, by combining his defensive prowess and previous tournament experience, Johnson has the opportunity to shine bright for Auburn in the postseason.
