Who are the coaches for the 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl?

The 2024 Reese's Senior Bowl kicks off the NFL Draft process and is right around the corner. The prestigious college all-star game takes the best senior athletes from all the football programs around the country and divides them into two teams, American and National, for the big game.

Each year, there is a week of events leading up to the contest, including practices that are open to the public and to the hundreds of NFL personnel that make their way to Mobile, AL, for the Senior Bowl. It is a massive opportunity for NFL hopefuls to network and show off their skills ahead of the draft.

Up until last year, the Senior Bowl brought in two head coaches from the NFL to lead the American and National rosters. Beginning in 2023 and continuing this year, the Senior Bowl switched to a "Coach Up" format that allows coordinators assistant coaches to take on an elevated role from the ones they hold on their respective NFL teams.

Tennessee Titans Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Line Coach Terrell Williams will serve as the head coach of the American team. Williams has spent 12 years coaching in the NFL and has 26 years of coaching experience. For the past six years he has been on the Titans' coaching staff.

New York Jets Defensive Coordinator Jeff Ulbrich will coach the National team. He has spent the past three years in his current position with the Jets, has coached in the NFL for 11 years, and has 26 seasons of coaching experience under his belt.

“The Senior Bowl is excited about having two highly respected coaches like Jeff Ulbrich and Terrell Williams lead our teams in Mobile," said Jim Nagy, executive director of the Senior Bowl. “I had a chance to observe Jeff down here at the Senior Bowl two years ago when the Jets' staff coached in the game, and he brought tons of juice to his defensive players. Jeff also has an impactful story to tell our players about being a one-year starter at Hawaii and the Senior Bowl helping him become a top-100 draft pick. I met Terrell years ago when he was defensive line coach at Purdue and always came away impressed with how he connected with his guys at practice. Over the past week, I've spoken to a number of friends in the league who have worked alongside Terrell, and they all gave him glowing recommendations. Our players are going to have a great week learning under these two men."

The Reese's Senior Bowl will kick off from the University of South Alabama's Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, AL, on February 3 at noon.
