In 2024, the Southeastern Conference will look a little different. The conference welcomed two new teams to the league this month in Texas and Oklahoma, and the now 16-team conference has eliminated the east and west divisions that have been in place for years.

In an effort to welcome the new, western teams, the SEC will be holding media days at a new location this year, the fourth different venue in four years for the event. From July 15-18, the head coaches of all 16 SEC teams will convene at the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

In addition to the new teams, the SEC will also be welcoming several new coaches to the conference. Texas A&M hired Mike Elko to replace Jimbo Fisher, Mississippi State brought in Jeff Lebby to replace Mike Arnett, and Kalen DeBoer will take the reins at Alabama following Nick Saban's retirement.
