Auburn men's basketball will try to repeat as the SEC regular-season champions with a new head coach and almost an entire new roster. After 11 years on the Plains, Bruce Pearl retired and has left his son, Steven, in charge of the Tigers, while Tahaad Pettiford is the only key returner from the squad that made the 2025 Final Four.

On Tuesday, Pearl and his team found out the dates, times and TV assignments for all 18 conference games, with the Tigers traveling to Athens, Ga., to battle rival Georgia on Saturday, Jan. 3, to start their SEC slate. Auburn returns home on Tuesday, Jan. 6, to host Texas A&M in a late 8 p.m. CT start, while John Calipari and Arkansas come to Neville Arena on Saturday, Jan. 10.

Other highlights in Auburn's 2025-26 SEC schedule include a trip to Gainesville on Saturday, Jan. 24, to battle the defending national champion Gators. Todd Golden's team defeated the Tigers in the Final Four last season before going on to beat Houston for the championship.

A first-ever meeting in Neville Arena against Texas comes on Wednesday, Jan. 28, while Pearl and the Tigers travel to Knoxville for a showdown against Tennessee on Saturday, Jan. 31.

The Tigers only face Kentucky once, that coming on the Plains on Saturday, Feb. 21.

Auburn travels to Fayetteville, Ark., for its second matchup against the Razorbacks on Saturday, Jan. 14. The Tigers host arch-rival Alabama on Saturday, Feb. 7, while heading to Tuscaloosa to end the SEC schedule on Saturday, March 7.
