It's Diego Pavia's world, and college football is just living in it. The Vanderbilt quarterback helped lead the Commodores to a 31-24 over then-No. 10 LSU and into the top 10 of the AP Poll.

The magician from Albuquerque did it in every way, throwing for a touchdown while rushing for two more. Pavia even went as far as striking the Heisman pose, not a stretch when it comes to his impact on Clark Lea's team.

Alabama's Ty Simpson continued to show why he's one of the best in the game as well, helping the Crimson Tide to a rout of rival Tennessee, while other quarterbacks (ahem, Jackson Arnold) continued to struggle.

Here are our SEC quarterback rankings after Week 8 of the 2025 college football season.
