Auburn may have come up short against Houston, but one of their star players could be returning to the court shortly.
Keyshawn Hall left Sunday’s game against Houston with 4:14 remaining after landing awkwardly on the foot of Houston's Joseph Tugler. The injury was later defined as a “lateral ankle and foot sprain” per Nathan King of 247Sports.
Steven Pearl says Auburn F Keyshawn Hall suffered a "lateral ankle and foot sprain" in the loss to Houston on Sunday.

Hall’s outage leaves a gaping hole in the Tigers’ roster. The UCF transfer has averaged 23.3 points per game and had totaled 20 points when he exited on Sunday.
“He’s good,” Steven Pearl said. “ He's been in here every day trying to get treatment and trying to get back as quickly as possible.”
Hall is one of the Tigers’ biggest pickups of the 2025 season. He set UCF’s single-season record for free-throws made (199), and he totaled 620 points as a Knight while shooting 42.7% from the field. Alongside transfers KeShawn Murphy and Kevin Overton, Hall has proven why Auburn is one of the country's most notable teams.
“I don't want him to play tomorrow,” Pearl said, referring to Wednesday’s game against Jackson State. “I want him to get back to 100% because it’s a long season.”
Freshman Sebastian Williams-Adams will fill Hall’s place while the senior recovers. With KeShawn Murphy back, Hall’s return will allow the Tigers to head into the Players Era Festival in Las Vegas at full strength.
Tipoff against Jackson State is set for 8:00 p.m. CST on the SEC Network. Pearl looks to continue to prove himself as one of the nation’s most well-rounded coaches, and with even bigger matchups ahead, the Tigers aim to add another win to their resume.
