Auburn football didn't play a game this week, but the Tigers did drop some votes in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll.

With Hugh Freeze's team having its bye week before facing another tough stretch starting with No. 9 Georgia on Saturday in Jordan-Hare Stadium, the Tigers went from receiving 12 votes last week to just seven heading into Week 8 of the 2025 college football season.

Before the off week, Auburn was on the losing end of two disappointing games, including the latest, a 16-10 loss to Texas A&M in which the Tigers produced just 177 total yards of offense. In the defeat to the Aggies, running backs Damari Alston and Jeremiah Cobb rushed the ball eight times combined.

Freeze and the Tigers will look to get back on track as they host the Bulldogs in the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CT.
