Not to mention the fact that it’s the first time in almost 22 years that Auburn basketball has hit the hundred point mark in an SEC game. It was 1999 the last time that happened.
Yes, Tiger fans, Fly War Eagle is telling you to party like it’s 1999 (safely).
for the first time in nearly 22 whole years, Auburn basketball has scored 100 points in an SEC game

Auburn has 101 points with 5:01 left against South Carolina
Though the early portion of the season has been tough for the Tigers, there was no question about which team dominated the floor in Colonial Life Arena. It was magic watching the Tigers’ ball movement and seeing Sharife Cooper set his teammates up for highlight after highlight.

Sharife Cooper picked up a double-double before the first half was even over, and Allen Flanigan notched 24 points to set a new career high. Five Tigers racked up double figures scoring, and the young team is starting to play aggressively–recording the most team assists of the season, and in nearly four years.
And the cherry on top?
The Auburn Tigers beat South Carolina in Columbia for the first time since 2014–with walk-ons on the floor like Lior Berman, who scored two 3-pointers in the last three minutes.
#Auburn is going to snap a three-game losing streak at South Carolina. Last victory in Columbia came Feb. 5, 2014.
