Auburn football fans create new Twitter meme centered on Nick Saban
Auburn football fans have been hot on the meme trail crafting new facetious narratives to bond over during the 2021 season.
It started this past April when during A-Day, the Bo Nix ‘Dark Horse Heisman candidate’ meme was created.
“This is the year…” is a sentence many Auburn fans will finish with you should you decide to talk about Bo Nix’s levels of focus and fun.
Now, Nick Saban is the new subject of the Auburn family’s jokes…only this time, it’s (predictably) not as positive.
It all started with Twitter user @ChAmpsFC_:

While it won’t stick if Alabama finishes the job (currently up 21-14 in the third quarter), a Tennessee upset win tonight could make this a prominent phrase on the Plains for Auburn football fans over the next month until the Iron Bowl.
